JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.J] It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute between the parties has been settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and a report has also been received by this Court on 8.02.2017.
2. In view of the terms of the agreement, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement, not pressing the Habeas Corpus petition.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed, as not pressed.
