The petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay in issuing No Objection Certificate from the respondents to encumber/mortgage the petitioner's plot No.49, Industrial Estate, Shornur.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that No Objection Certificate/Permission is ready with the respondents in usual format.
3. Therefore, the petitioner shall approach the second respondent, who shall handover the necessary copy of the No Objection Certificate.
4. The petitioner has other prayer in this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to approve the W.P.(C) No.28378 of 2014 2 building plan of the petitioner and also to provide adequate water supply to the petitioner's unit. The petitioner shall raise his grievances on these issues before the second respondent within two weeks by way of representation. The second respondent shall take a decision on the representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
