This appeal coming up for Orders this day, the court delivered the following:
JUDGMENT Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and gone through the Judgment of the Tribunal.
2. As per the evidence of PW-2 Doctor, the petitioner is having a permanent disability of 10% for which the Tribunal has awarded Rs.83,385/- towards Medical expenses. Further, he has suffered fracture of Humerus at upper 1/3, fracture of 3rd metacarpal bone and he was in patient for a period of seven days. Considering all facts including the evidence available on record, the Tribunal has awarded the just and proper compensation. I do not find any good grounds to interfere with the same. Hence, I find it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents and interfere with the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
