Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava, learned State Law Officer appearing for the State respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court with request to issue direction to the first respondent to decide the Case No.5470/297/2199/1134 (Smt. Suhawni vs. Habibullah) under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated time.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly states that in case aforesaid mutation case is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the first respondent to decide the aforesaid mutation case within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
