Petitioner had submitted Ext.P4 application for re-issue of the temporary permit. The petitioner is presently operating in the route with a temporary permit. The said permit is due to expire on 16.06.2014. 2. Having regard to the factual situations involved in the matter, this writ petition is disposed of as under:
The respondent shall consider Ext.P4 application and pass appropriate orders within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. In the mean time, necessary provisional permission shall be granted to the petitioner to operate in the present route.
