With the consent of the parties this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 (Tehsildar, Tehsil Soraon, District Allahabad) to decide the case of the petitioner being Case No. 1405/182/812 of 2014 filed under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act (Suhail Akhtar Vs. Rajesh Kumar) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
