Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant/complainant has approached before this Court praying for expediting the trial of case no. 7901 of 2016 (State Vs. Virendra Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime no. 598 of 2015 under sections 406, 420 I.P.C. and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.s. Chiluwatal District Gorakhpur pending in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.)-II/A.C.J.M.
The argument is that trial is pending since 2016 and as yer charges have not been framed.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to frame the charge of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before him.
