Office has placed this note, wherein it is stated that the learned 2nd Additional Sr. Civil Judge & Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deesa, Dist. Banaskantha, by his letter dated 13.9.2012 sought further time to dispose of the Criminal Case No.3576 of 2011.

As per the report of trial Court, six witnesses have been examined and considering the nature of offence, there are number of witnesses, who are required to be examined.

In view of the above, the concerned trial Court is directed to dispose of the said Criminal Case within one year from today. Office note accordingly disposed of.
