Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel raised objection that no proper application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, therefore, the petition may be dismissed as not maintainable.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file application in accordance with provisions of Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as well as rules occupying the fields. A request has also been made that suitable direction may be issued to concerned authority to decide the same in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, if so desire and in case any such application is filed within 15 days from today, concerned authority shall decide the same strictly in accordance with provisions of Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 after submission of computer generated copy of this order and verifying the same from Official Website of Allahabad High Court.
