A.M.Shaffique, J. Petitioners have approached this Court seeking police protection, alleging threat from respondents 3 to 5 and their men.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 submits that they have not threatened the petitioners in any manner. However, there is property dispute between the parties and they have already filed a suit, which is pending consideration of the Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing the writ petition, there had not been any circumstance of threat. However, petitioners apprehend that after disposal of the writ petition, there might be some instance of threat.

4. Having regard to the nature of contentions, we do not think any necessity to pass any order as prayed for. However, we observe that if there is any offence committed or attempt to commit any offence, it shall be open for the petitioners to approach the police, who shall look into the matter and do the needful.
The writ petition is closed, accordingly.
