It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the tower installed by M/s Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited is causing huge pollution in the area and the installation of the same is in violation of the directions given by the Division Bench of this Court in Asha Mishra Vs State of U.P. & Ors reported in 2016 (4) ADJ, 389.
Having considered the facts stated in the present writ petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the same by directing the District Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar to look into the matter and ensure that no tower be installed in violation of the provisions of law and also the directions given by Division Bench of this Court in the case of Asha Mishra (supra).
With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
