(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Learned counsel Ms.Sancheti appearing in Criminal Appeal Nos.2195 and 2196 of 2008 states that earlier their clients were contemplating to approach before the Apex Court against the order passed by this Court for additional evidence. However, her clients, who are the appellants, have decided not to approach before the Apex Court and they are to conduct the matter before this Court.
However, she states that as the preparation of the matter is to be made, time may be granted. All learned advocates appearing for the appellants jointly request for time upto 21st March, 2012.
Under the circumstances, stand over to 21st March, 2012.
