JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application is filed through jail by the convict seeking temporary bail for a period of 90 days so as to attend to his father, who is suffering from heart aliment.
This very convict has filed Criminal Misc.Application No.6933 of 2012 through his mother, which is rejected by this Court today.
For the same reasons, the present application is rejected.
