The present application is filed by the mother of the convict seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days so as to attend to his father, who is suffering from heart ailment. In support of the application, medical papers from Saaol Heart Programm are enclosed.
The convict was out on furlough from 14.04.2012 to 11.05.2012 for 28 days.
Learned APP Mr.Patel informs that the hearing of the appeal of the convict was in progress before closing of the Court for summer vacation and it is going to be continued after reopening of the Court.
In view of that, the application is rejected.
