Heard learned advocate Mr. Yash Nanavaty for M/s. Nanavaty Advocates. In view of the contentions raised and also the observations made in the judgment reported in 1995(1) GLR 83, the following order is passed:
NOTICE to the respondents returnable on 23.10.2012. Learned APP Mr. HL Jani waives service of notice for respondent No.1-State of Gujarat. In the meanwhile, no coercive steps may be taken till then. D.S. permitted.
