Sudhir vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|30 March, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

What is recorded in the oral order dated 5.3.2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No.2531 of 2012 is answered by the learned counsel for respondent No.2 by placing reliance on the decision of the Apex Court in the case of K.M. Mathew vs. K.A. Abraham, reported in AIR 2002 SC 2989.
Considering the averments and submissions and what is recorded in the oral order dated 5.3.2012, I am inclined to grant ad-interim relief in terms of pargraph 7(B) in Criminal Misc. Application No.2531 of 2012.
In Criminal Misc. Application No.2546 of 2012 also, ad-interim relief in terms of pargraph 7(B) is granted.
The case of the applicant in Criminal Misc. Application No.2718 of 2012 is substantially similar to Criminal Misc. Application No.2531 of 2012 and Criminal Misc. Application No.2546 of 2012, ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 12(B) is granted.
S.O.
To 20.4.2012.
