Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that learned court below/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banda be directed expedite the (Final Report dated 19.09.2016) being Case No. 346/XII/2016 (State Vs. Sudhir Reddi and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 1169 of 2010 under Sections 406, 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Banda pending before him within stipulated period or within one month.
Learned A.G.A. had opposed the above prayer to which learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the present case is pending since long.
In view of the above, learned court below/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banda, where case is pending, is directed to disposed of same preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of computer generated copy of this order.
With this direction, this Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
