Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material brought on record.
This application has been filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C with the prayer to transfer the Case No. 288 of 2020 (State Vs. Mange Ram and another) arising out of case crime no. 0030 of 2020, under Section 420, 406, 120-B I.P.C, Police Station Dhaulana, District Hapur, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-I, Hapur to any competent court.
Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 5 and 6 returnable at an early date.
