Order on Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, Sudhir Kumar, in Case Crime No. 504 of 2020, under Sections- 41, 102 Cr.P.C., 411 I.P.C. & 3/7 Essential Commodities Act, Police Station- Panki, District- Kanpur Nagar.
Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A.
The applicant is not named in the F.I.R. Subsequently, his name has surfaced and he has been implicated. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that investigation is still going on.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 29.01.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 29.01.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
