The grievance of the petitioner is that even though U.P.S.I.D.C. had not been able to trace out the plot that was allotted to the petitioner but still it is imposing time extension fee upon him.
It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that a detailed representation dated 8 November 2017 was filed by the petitioner before the Regional Manager, U.P.S.I.D.C. but no decision has been taken till date.
Sri S. Mishra who has put in appearance on behalf of U.P.S.I.D.C. states that in case a decision has not been taken, it shall be taken at an early date.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to U.P.S.D.I.C. to take a decision on the representation expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months. Till the decision is taken, allotment made in favour of the petitioner shall not be cancelled.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated on the merits of the case and it will be for the authority concerned to take a decision in accordance with law.
