This petition has been instituted by the member of the General Body assailing elections conducted to constitute a Committee of Management of the Inter College in question. Bearing in mind the principles enunciated by the Court in Ram Pyare Lal v. State of U.P. And Others [2015 (3) ADJ 577] the Court finds no ground to entertain the challenge at the behest of the members of the General Body especially since their personal rights have not been effected.
The petition is dismissed.
