Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for all the respondents.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to expedite the disposal of the pending application dated 10.04.2019 filed by the mother of the petitioner for compensate appointment.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to dispose of the application dated 10.04.2019 (annexure 3 to the writ petition) expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
