Heard Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant.
By order dated 25.01.2017 passed in Writ-A No.3818 of 2017 (Dr. Sudhir Kumar vs. State of U.P. and others), the Writ Court directed as under:
"Till the next date fixed, parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the Office of the Head of Department, B.Ed. in the College"
In paragraph-40 of the present application, it is stated by the applicant that since thereafter the applicant has been working as Head of Department in the College and discharging his duties with full sincerity and devotion. Thus, it is clear that status quo order passed by the court on 25.01.2017 in Writ-A No.3818 of 2017 has not been flouted. Under the circumstances, no case has been made out for contempt.
Consequently, the contempt application is dismissed.
