Petitioner made an application dated 19.12.2017 before the Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Ghaziabad for change in the Unique Code of the land. His grievance is that the application is pending and no decision has been taken.
Considering the facts, we disposed of the writ petition commanding respondent 4 to consider and decide the application made by the petitioner in accordance with law under the procedure prescribed within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
