1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the order dated 1.6.2019 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sikandra, Kanpur Dehat, suspending his fair price shop licence.
3. The petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing an appeal under Clause 13 of the U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016.
4. The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory remedy of appeal.
