The public interest litigation petition has been preferred to challenge the letter dated 18.05.2021. It is without disclosing an element of public interest.
In view of the above and as a prayer for a first information report could not have been made by the petitioner through the Authorities when no element of criminality has been shown. The petitioner has not even made disclosures while filing this petition, as otherwise required under the Rules for a public interest litigation.
In view of the above, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
