2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 11.03.1998 passed by IXth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad in Complaint Case No. 708 of 1997, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act read with Section 420 IPC, rejecting objection filed by revisionist.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
