An application has been moved to recall the order dated 13.09.2004. It is stated that although the application was filed within time but multiple reasons, the matter could not be taken.

Office report dated 04.05.2010 refers that the original restoration application was misplaced and the office has made vigorous efforts to search the application but it could not be traced out.

Now learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a true copy of the restoration application for reconstruction.

Office report with regard to reconstruction of the restoration application is allowed.
