Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By way of the instant application, the applicant has prayed for a direction to decide expeditiously the Complaint Case No.1877/2015 (Sudhir Chauhan Vs. Govind Kumar), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Kasna, District Gautam Budh Nagar, pending before 2nd A.C.J.M., Gautam Budh Nagar, In this case, the applicant happens to be complainant and he wants expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case.
I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
Obviously, the court below is under obligation to expedite the proceeding adhering to the provision of Section 309 Cr.P.C. Therefore, no order need be passed by this Court.
Consequently, this application is disposed of.
