The petitioner, a rival operator of the 2nd respondent, is aggrieved with the settlement of timings proposed on the temporary permit issued to the 2nd respondent. 2. Having heard both sides, this Court is of the opinion that the objections of the petitioner shall also be heard before timings are settled on the 2nd respondent.
