Counsel for the applicant states that by mistake incorrect array of parties of writ pleadings has been annexed with the affidavit filed in support of contempt application and seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition and file a fresh petition annexing therewith correct array of parties of the writ proceedings.
The contempt application is accordingly dismissed, with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
