Heard Sri A. P. Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Atul Sahi, learned counsel for the applicant holding brief of Sri Ashish Pandey, learned counsel for the complainant and the learned AGA for the State.
The Court has been informed that the instant application has been filed by concealing material facts and it has been prayed that the this Court may impose heavy cost upon the applicant.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he was not aware of the said fact and the instant application may be dismissed accordingly.
Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
