JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner submits that he is one of the beneficiaries of the flat complex constructed under the Tsunami Rehabilitation Scheme. Ext.P1 indicates that the petitioner has been selected. The petitioner submits that he has already executed contract as directed in Ext.P1. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent- Panchayath failed to execute the conveyance deed in favour of the petitioner. This Court by interim order dated 17.5.2013 directed the third respondent-Panchayath to keep one flat vacant. Though notice has been served on the third respondent-Panchayath, the third respondent-Panchayath failed to appear before this Court.
W.P.(C) No.12330 of 2013 2 Considering the facts and circumstances as above, there shall be a direction to the third respondent-Panchayath to execute necessary conveyance in favour of the petitioner and allot one flat to the petitioner as mentioned in Ext.P1 within a period of four weeks in favour of the petitioner, provided, the petitioner shall bear the entire expenses for execution of the conveyance.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
