JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.957/2014 of the Cantonment Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in the above said crime.
3. For want of notification of commencement, 324 of the Indian Penal Code still remains as a bailable offence. Matters being so, all the offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable and therefore, an application seeking anticipatory bail under Section 438, is not maintainable.
In the result, this Bail Application is dismissed.
