By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged an order dated 04.07.2019 passed by the Tehsildar in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Against this order, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy by means of an appeal, which has not been availed.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy.
