Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.c. has been filed for a direction upon the court below to decide the S.T. No. 671 of 2016 (State Vs. Sudhanshu Sharma) under Sections 354-A, 506 IPC and 3(1)(10) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Katghar, District Moradabad.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
