Learned counsel for the State submits that subsequent to registration of FIR, present case has been transferred to Police Station- City, District Buxur (Bihar) and there, a separate crime number, being Crime No.506 of 2019, has been registered against the applicant under Sections 379 and 411 of IPC. He further submits that now the remedy for the applicant lies at Buxur (Bihar) and not in this Court.
In view of this statement made by counsel for the State, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this application with liberty to avail the remedy available to him in accordance with law. Order accordingly.
