The petitioners are the defendant in O.S. No.213/2011 on the file of Munsiff's Court, Ranny. Ext.P9 commission application filed by the petitioners is allowed by the learned Munsiff. The petitioners made a request before the Munsiff for issuance of Court Certificate in order to enable the Commissioner to identify the property. Ext.P10 is the copy of the Court Certificate. The petitioners approached the first respondent-Tahsildar for obtaining the documents mentioned in the Court Certificate. The documents in item No.'2' in the Court Certificate is survey plan of the property having an extent of 28 cents comprised in Survey No.923/1/124 of Perunadu Village and property having an extent of 05 cents of land comprised in Survey No.923/1/1/5 of Perunadu village. As the said item of document is not yet issued by the first respondent, the commission is not executed. Hence, the W.P.(c).No.32808 of 2014 : 2 : petitioners filed this writ petition.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent-Tahsildar to issue certified copy of the document in item No. 2 in the Court Certificate, as sought by the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. In view of the above direction, there shall be a further direction to the Munsiff Court, Ranny, to adjourn the proceedings in O.S. No.213/2011 for a period of six weeks in order to enable the petitioners to produce the above document.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
