The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 17.11.2020 passed in first Contempt Application No.4458 of 2020 (Sudhakar Vs. Dinesh Kumar Singh Collector) and order dated 11.02.2020 passed in Writ C No.4954 of 2020.
Today when the matter was taken up, instructions received from the office of opposite party was placed by Sri A. C. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel on behalf of opposite party, same is taken on record. Copy of the instructions were provided to the counsel for the applicant. It is stated by Sri A. C. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with and decision has been taken on 26.10.2021.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
