By the impugned order dated 16.12.2016 in C.M.P.No.1975 of 2016 in Crime No.458 of 2016, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court and that the petitioner shall stay at Rasipuram and appear and sign before the Rasipuram Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, in respect of appearing before the Rasipuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m.
2. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, in the bail application, has been complied with by the petitioner only for a period of three days.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was able to appear before the Rasipuram Town Police Station, only for three days, as he is a cardiac patient and undergoing treatment for oncology related issues. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced the relevant medical records to that effect.
4. On a consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the medical records of the petitioner and also the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, in the order made in C.M.P.No.1975 of 2016 in Crime No.458 of 2016 dated 16.12.2016, in respect of reporting before the Rasipuram Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. alone is modified to the effect that he shall report before the respondent police, twice in a week, ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. and every Thursday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, shall remain unaltered.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
