JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notices on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 and 3 have been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel, while Shri H.S. Jain, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2.
Issue notice to the opposite parties no. 4, 5 and 6. Dasti as well.
Learned counsel for the petitioner will take steps for service on opposite parties no. 4, 5 and 6 within a week.
All the opposite parties are directed to file their respective counter affidavits within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period along with Writ Petition Nos.375 (S/S) of 2010, 3010 (S/S) of 2010, 4077 (S/S) of 2011 and 1189 (S/S) of 2012.
