----------------------- The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents to complete the proceedings to issue patta under Jenmikaram settlement. The petitioner submits that the application submitted by her mother Smt.Kamalakshy for the issuance of patta before the 1st respondent is pending for more than five years.
2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P1 application within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
