Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vikas Rastogi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sunil Kumar Dubey, who appears for the respondent-Jal Nigam and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Sri Vikas Rastogi, learned counsel representing the respondents states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner as raised in this writ petition shall be duly considered and disposed of in accordance with law with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. He further states that the claim of the petitioner for payment of interest on delayed disbursal of retiral benefits shall also be considered and decided in accordance with law and bearing in mind the decision of the Court rendered in the matter of Yogendra Singh Vs. State of
U.P. [(2017) 1 ALJ 121].
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
