1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent No.1 and Sri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 6.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that her husband late Shree Krishna Singh retired from service on 31.05.2009 and subsequently died on 03.08.2020 and the petitioner claims that she is entitled for payment of family pension, balance of gratuity, payment of earned leave and other post retiral dues.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in regard to payment of post retiral dues, the petitioner has represented the matter before respondent No.2 vide applications dated 20.10.2020 and 17.12.2020 and is continuously approaching the respondent No.2 but no heed has been paid to the request made by her. He requested that in case direction is issued for consideration of claim of the petitioner in a time bound manner, ends of justice would be met.
4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that in case the claim of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent No.2, the same shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed within a reasonable period.
5. I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record.
6. In view of the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
7. Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh comprehensive representation ventilating her grievances before respondent No.3 within ten days. In case such a representation is filed within aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and appropriate reasoned and speaking order shall be passed within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
