1. Challenge has been raised to the order dated 13.08.2020 passed by the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Khaga, District-Fatehpur.
2. Perusal of the order reveals that, by that order, the Tehsildar has recalled his earlier order dated 31.07.2020 by which mutation had been effected pursuant to certain sale deeds executed by Mukhtar Husain. The matter has then been required to be re-heard.
3. Inasmuch as the order dated 13.08.2020 has been passed considering the plea of forgery committed in obtaining mutation entries, no interference is warranted in the present writ petition.
4. Without entering into the merits of the case as may prejudice the rights of the parties, it is further provided that subject to the petitioner cooperating in the proceedings and not seeking any adjournment, the mutation proceedings that have been re-opened pursuant to the order dated 13.08.2020 the same may be concluded, as expeditiously as possible, after due notice to all parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
5. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
