Heard Sri Mahesh Prasad Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri M.P. Singh Gaur, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been moved with a prayer to direct the A.C.J.M., Court No. 7, Allahabad to decide the Complaint Case No. 1796 of 2011 (Smt. Sudha Jaiswar and another vs. Prabhat Kumar Jaiswar and others) under sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Khuldabad, District Allahabad.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that a direction may be issued to expeditiously decide the case within stipulated time.
It is directed that the court below shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from today, if there is no legal hurdle, without permitting undue adjournments to either side.
With this direction, this application is disposed of without issuing any notice to opposite parties as it is an innocuous order. If the opposite parties feel aggrieved, they may approach this Court.
