Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The claim laid in the instant writ petition is for grant of promotional pay scale consequent to the promotion of the petitioner on 16 November 2016 from the post of Sahayika to Aganwari Karyakarti.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent states that this claim shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order alongwith a copy of writ petition and its enclosures.
Accordingly without going into merits or otherwise of the claim laid by the petitioner, this writ petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement as made by the learned Standing Counsel which is recorded and accepted.
