Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities not to dispossess the petitioners from the Khasra No.882, Plot no.30, situated in village Soharkha Jahidabad, Pargana & Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar."
It is stated that the petitioners are the tenure holders of plot no.30 and are duly recorded over it. They are under threat of dispossession from their holding by the revenue authorities.
In case, the petitioners are under the threat of illegal dispossession, the proper remedy available to them is by means of a suit for injunction.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands, disposed of.
