The petitioner is only aggrieved by the non-consideration of Ext.P2, objection which has been filed against the notice issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act ( SARFAESI ), 2002. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the objections have been considered and communicated by order dated 19.06.2014. In such circumstance, leaving open the remedies to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
