This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking implementation of Ext.P5 order. This is an order passed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and Section 151 of CPC.

2. We heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel who appeared for party respondents. We are of the view that the petitioner should be relegated to pursue the remedies open to him. We make it clear that we are not pronouncing on the merits of the matter. Accordingly, without prejudice to the remedies open to him for seeking appropriate orders, the writ petition is disposed of.
